Global People's Assembly

We are in the middle of a global inequality crisis. COVID-19 has made this worse – the vaccine inequality divides us even more. We urgently need a People’s Vaccine, social protection for all and climate justice. The Global People’s Assembly from 21 to 23 September 2021! Coordinated by GCAP in cooperation with 30 regional and global networks,brough together voices of women, youth, older persons and different marginalised groups – i.e. communities discriminated by work and descent and persons with disabilities. The People’s Assemblies are organised in parallel to the UN General Assembly. We talked about the Forus #Let's Talk Digital campaign during the session on civic space and human rights of the Global People's Assembly.
